Event Cancellation Policy
The event cancellation policy will be published with the 'Announcement'.
The general rule is that a minimum of number paid entries are required 20 days before the event date. The event details will stipulate that criteria.
In some cases, this may change due to the contractual arrangements in place and will be notified in the 'Announcement'.
